The launch list
The Camrose launch list is for people who want updates before Goose Cabs begins offering rides. We use the list to send launch news, booking updates, app information, and other messages about getting started in Camrose.
Joining the list does not book a ride, reserve availability, create an account, or open a driver application. You will still need to create a rider or driver account separately when those services become available.
What we collect
The form asks for your email address. We also keep the details needed to show that you joined the list, including when you joined and your unsubscribe choice.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, home address, payment details, or live location on this form. Your email address is not displayed publicly.
Why we use it
Goose Cabs Inc. uses your email address to send messages about the Camrose launch, including when booking is expected to open, how to get the apps, and related launch information.
We do not use a waitlist email to create an account, reserve a ride, set a price, or decide driver eligibility. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated advertising.
Your consent and choices
When you submit the form, you give Goose Cabs Inc. express consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation to send you Camrose launch emails.
Every launch email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will process your request without delay and within the time required by law.
You can also contact us to ask what email address we have for you, correct it, or request its deletion. Unsubscribing stops launch emails but does not affect a separate rider or driver account.
Keeping the form safe
The form uses a background bot check to help prevent automated or abusive submissions. It normally does not require you to complete a checkbox or challenge.
The check is provided by Cloudflare. Its privacy information is available in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum at https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/.
How long we keep your email
We keep your email while we are sending Camrose launch updates and for a limited period afterwards so we can manage unsubscribes and demonstrate that consent was collected.
If you ask us to delete your email, we will remove it from the active launch list. We may keep a minimal record of your unsubscribe or deletion request where the law requires us to demonstrate compliance.
Separate from an account
A waitlist signup is separate from a rider or driver account. We will not create an account for you or copy your email into an app account to prepare one.
When booking opens, you will need to create an account and review the Privacy Policy and Terms that apply to that service.
Changes to this notice
If we materially change what we collect, why we collect it, or the messages we send, we will update this page and its last-updated date. If the change requires fresh consent, we will ask for it.
